- Take legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of any and all relevant costs on an indemnity basis resulting from your breach;
- Take further legal action against you, as appropriate;
- Disclose such information to law enforcement authorities as required or as We deem reasonably necessary; and/or
- Any other actions which We deem reasonably appropriate (and lawful).
- Suspend or terminate your right to use My Site;
- We hereby exclude any and all liability arising out of any actions that We may take (including, but not limited to those set out above in Part 14.2) in response to your breach.

If you opt out of emails from Me, it may take up to 2 weeks for your request to take effect and you may continue to receive emails during that time.

- Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions, and the relationship between you and Me (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.
- If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence. Nothing in Part 17.1 takes away from or reduces your legal rights as a consumer.
- If you are a consumer, any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim between you and Me relating to these Terms and Conditions or to the relationship between you and Me (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as determined by your residency.

PART 2 MARKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Goods are predominantly handmade by you (i.e using raw materials to create your own unique items, or to create items from a pattern), and comply with all regulations, such as UKCA marking and food hygiene regulations if and where required). Please provide proof
- We do not offer stalls to franchises, only independent small businesses
- We do not accept vintage items unless approved by us.
- We do not accept any items being sold as ‘lucky dip’ that are not handmade by you
- Upcycling is permitted but only if the item is significantly altered from the original
- We do not accept stalls selling supplies, unless they are craft kits
- We do not accept food vendors (i.e. selling hot food, sandwiches or drinks) for consumption at Lechlade Memorial Hall
- Neither Crafty Boaters or Lechlade Memorial Hall will accept liability, therefore, you must have your own public liability insurance to participate in this event. Please provide proof
- If you need electricity for your stall please let us know at the time of booking, and we will try and accommodate your request. However, we can’t guarantee that you will be placed near a socket, especially if we have many requests for this. For safety reasons extension leads and naked flames are not allowed.
- The markets will run from 10.00 – 16.00 on all dates.
- Sellers can set up from 08.30. We insist that sellers do not pack up before 16.00
- There will be no admittance to the site for sellers after 09.45 for markets.
- You are permitted to park in the Lechlade Memorial Hall all day.
- Your pitch must be left clean and tidy. Please take away your own rubbish.
- Observe current social distancing rules, if applicable. Stalls must not expand beyond their allocated pitch.
- We advertise the market with as many local social media pages as possible on Instagram & Facebook. In addition, we advertise in the Witney Gazette, Wiltshire & Gloucestershire Standard, Stallfinder and UKCraftfairs, and pay for advertising with Evvnt. However, we expect our sellers to promote the market as well.
- When advertising please use the correct title: Crafty Boaters Spring Market, Crafty Boaters Summer Market, or Crafty Boaters Christmas Market
- Refunds (if paying in full when booking): A refund minus £5 admin fee will be given up to 6 weeks prior to the date of the market up to an including 04/02/24 (Spring market) 02/06/24 (Summer market), 29/09/24, (1stChristmas market) 06/10/24 (2nd Christmas market). After this date no refund will be given.
- Refunds (if paying by non-refundable £10 deposit): If you have paid in full before the due date for the remainder of your pitch fee, a refund (minus £10 deposit) will be given up to 6 weeks prior to the date of the market up to an including 04/02/24 (Spring market) 02/06/24 (Summer market), 29/09/24, (1st Christmas market) 06/10/24 (2ndChristmas market). After this date no refund will be given.
- Pitches are not transferable. If you can no longer come to the market, you are not permitted to transfer your pitch to someone else. All pitch applications must come through Crafty Boaters
- No touting. Anyone seen touting for sellers to join other markets, online selling platforms, or other marketing services without the approval of Crafty Boaters Markets will be asked to leave the market immediately.
